In order to conclude agreements or contracts more efficiently, Van Dalen Metals Recycling and Trading chose to lodge certain terms and conditions with the Court of Rotterdam on May 10, 2010 under number 37/2010. Any agreement or contract can now routinely refer to these terms and conditions. Only the specific agreements would then need to be recorded in the agreement or contract.
